Natures???

I don't understand the whole natures thing...
Which natures do what for each Pokemon?
How can you change or determine the Pokemon's nature?
I have a feeling this will come into play when building a team.

It's a bit off-topic. Here it is: When you catch a pokemon with a nature, you can't change it. So you have to catch another one until you gte the nature you want. On NB (NetBattle), you can change it though.

I also want to make sure that they have the right Nature for their moveset too.
