is there a certain number of people i have to pwn in the battle tower before i can get to this "volcano?" and is there a 150th pokemon hiding somewhere, cause i've completed the dex, but the dude's like, "no, you fail."
and also how do i get the national dex?

and also how do i get the national dex?

1. No need to take on the Battle Tower to get to Stark Mountain.
2. There is. If your version is Diamond, you need to 'see' Palkia in your Pokedex. Talk to the old lady in the big house in Celestic town. Same goes for Pearl, but you need to see Dialga.
3. In order to get the National Dex, You need to see all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex, you don't need to own all, just see them, after you've done that, talk to Professor.
