    can anyone here teach me how to make a kinda watery mirror affect with photoshop?, i just wanna make it seem like the pokes are standing on glassy floor so they have a reflection but when i do it i press ctrl+u and mess with the colors but i cant get the "reflection" to fade, could someone plz help me, an example is my trainer card in my sig
     
    There are many tutorials out there, google is your friend. But just to let you know, any further questions about photoshop should be posted in the Photoshop Q&A.(Sorry if this is counted as mini-modding D: )
     
    you can look up some tutorials on google and whatnot.

    you can also go to filter >distort >ripple
     
    yeah i don't use this part of the site much and i just noticed that theres a sticky for this, ive tried google and it doesn't work, and a mod can close this now
