Ok I'm Playing My Pokemon Emerald Right now.. I Still Can't Figure Out How To Open That Last Gym, "Last Gm Leader" I Read Those Cheats But I Dont Understand It, Anyone??? Dont Know If This Belongs In This Thread I'm New

firstly, You have to follow team aqua to the underwater cave (south of Mosdeep) and beat Archie who will awaken Kyogre. Next go to Sootopolis to talk to steven and find wallace in the cave of orign who will tell you to go to the sky pillar (route 131) and wake raquazza. After you have done that fly to sootopolis and talk to Wallace and the door should be open.

ok im right now at mosdeep, i go underwater?? you mean where that submarine is? Because if so it tell's me to look for team aqua

Yeah, just dive up from there and you will find them in the cave.
