theres no way to tell EXACTLY what evs and how many it was raised in. all i know is htat its not completely raised in spd and atk.

because its my first evd trained pokemon and its my first time trying it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and i didnt really get the whole ev training and i think i got it and im just asking someone who has evd trained to tell me if it is!!!!!!!!!no need to get MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To figure out EVs, you need to figure out IVs. And vise-versa..

well you can estimate if you have a good understanding of EVs and IVs:

IVs (assuming that there are 0 EVs in everything but attack and speed)
HP-30 IVs
ATK-30/31 IVs
DEF-6/7 IVs o.o
SP ATK-29 IVs
SP DEF-22 IVs
SPEED-15to31 IVs

either your Salamence is not fully trained in speed, or it has bad speed ivs. assuming it has 30-31 speed ivs, that means your Salamence needs somewhere around 64-68 speed EVs.

i've never trained a poke at level 100, so if your salamence is at level 100, then i'm not sure if it can still get EVs. if it's not at level 100, try training it for more speed. if it doesn't go any higher after going up 1 level (after killing... what? 32 Floatzel?), then that means your Salamence has bad speed ivs.

the attack and sp atk are good tho. i can, at the very least, congratulate you on training it in attack very well.
