Neo Destiny Shining Print Error?

    I'm just looking for some advice/opinions...I have the complete shining set of shining cards from the Neo Destiny expansion. My shining noctowl and shining Raichu cards have this strange line on the bottom of the image where the 'Shininess' just comes to an end.
    I've attached pictures of the Noctowl card - I haven't seen this anywhere else online despite searching many times; has anyone come across this before or know anything about it? Would this be considered a print error and do you think it would increase or decrease the cards value?

    Huh, I've never seen this before, it could well be a print error
