New Abilities for my rom-hack

    Hello everyone.
I need your opinion about my new abilities for my rom-hack.
Indeed, I am trying to add new effects for some old or new pokemon that I will add in my game. These are their effects:
    - Combative : +50% Damage for every fighting move (Works the same way that Steelworker already does). It would be for Lopunny, maybe Gallade.
    - Priopower : Every priority move does twice more damage (The pokemon probably wouldn't have moves like Extreme speed, it would be more likely for moves like Mach Punch, Bullet Punch...)
    - Alchemist : Every non-damaging move has its accuracy boosted by 20%.
    - Dark Clouds : +50% Damage for every electric move (Works the same way that Steelworker already does). Would be for my alternate form of Altaria (But maybe I hesitate of giving him some immunity, because it's an Altaria made of Storm Clouds).
    - Prediction : If the opponent uses an attack that can OHKO your pokemon, then your pokemon has its attack priority boosted by 2. (Would be for my alternate form of Absol).
    - Deep Sleep : When the pokemon is sleeping, it recovers 12.5% max health each turn.
    - Life Force : When the pokemon is on the terrain, it recovers 6.25% max hp each turn (free leftovers)
    - Sponge : If the opponent is Water-type (or Grass), 12.5% of max hp of the pokemon is drained (As if it was leech seeded) (It could possibly be powerful in double battles, in a reeeeaaaally specific case)
    - Warm Blanket : If the weather is sunny, the pokemon recovers 6.25% of max hp (Ice body or Rain dish, for sunny day)
    - Sandpit : If the weather is a sandstorm, the pokemon recovers 6.25% of max hp (Ice body or Rain dish, for sandstorm)
    - Vanguard : If the pokemon is faster than the opponent, then is has a 30% boost on every move. (Reversed Analytic)
    - Arrogant : If the pokemon is faster than the opponent, it has 20% chance of flinching. (Maybe 10%, it depends if the pokemon is fast :/)
    - Last Bastion : Raises by 1 the pokemon's attack and defense if it is sent after that one of its allies has fainted.

I would like to add that many of these abilities are inspired by Pokemon Conquest abilities.
For the moment, that's all I have. I would like you to help me to balance all that, and if you have any ideas, you can write them here, and maybe I will add them in my game. But for the moment, any of these is programmed, I will start this when I'll have my computer back, in January.

These are really good! Great job for thinking of these!
A tip is that for prediction, you should do a pokemon that is a relatively smart pokemon, like Alakazam, or a pokemon that can see the future, like Xatu. Absol works too, like the disaster pokemon.
For deep sleep, it should be on an alternate form of Snorlax.
And For arrogant, is it going to stack with items like king's rock or razor fang?
I'm looking forward to playing your hack!

This could be very powerful in conjunction with fast Pokémon, or moderately-fast Pokémon with a Choice Scarf. Not quite Dracovish/Fishious Rend, but potentially in that sort of ballpark. Not that I think it's a problem, just, like with Priopower, be careful!
Cool ideas though! I'm also looking forward to seeing your game.

First of all, thank you for your advices.
And For arrogant, is it going to stack with items like king's rock or razor fang?
I think it actually depends of the way the game works. If I understood correctly what I've read the last few days, It wouldn't interact, meaning that it would stack. But I will try to add a check to deactivate this, because this could be very fustrating.

I don't think this would be overpowered, because it's like a free Life Orb. Nervertheless I was not thinking to give that with a higher speed than 80/85.

I also was thinking about priopower yesterday, and I don't feel it very good, because checking if an attack is going to OHKO your pokemon without getting the actual damage seem pretty hard. Thus I think I will change this mechanic by something like "If you have less than 25% of your life, you have +1 priority on each of your moves". It is less dangerous, even if with a focus sash, it can be really powerful. I'm still hesitating :/ But with any priority, you can kill it, its speed is only 75 (maybe the mega would be hard to kill), except by using Quick Attack, which would be +2 priority.

I actually like this idea of Deep Sleep for Snorlax, by the way. Even if I won't give it a new Form, I think I will just replace Immunity by Deep Sleep. If Slaking was less OP, maybe I would have given this too.

And, I'll be working actively on my hack, and even if it's a big project I'll do my best to post a demo in 2020.

How you add those new ability in your rom hack?I want to know because I have a lot of ideas of new ability
