    i just bought pearl soo im starting and im doin good n the game its just how do u work the WI Fi for it or what ever it is.. i have road runer and netgear.
     
    when you start the game, you go to nintendo wifi settings, then do a search for a connection. then if it wrks, go to the bottom floor of any pokemon center and you can connect with friends you register in ur pal pad.
     
    Once you get your first badge go downstairs in a Pokemon Center and you'll get the Pal Pad, which tells you your Friend Code and you can register other people's Friend Codes so you can trade with them. The GTS (Global Trading Station) will also be open in Jubilife City now, but to get a Pokemon from there you must have seen it (it'll show up on your Pokedex). You can also deposit one Pokemon and ask for another in return (but again, it has to be on your "seen" or "own" list).

    ok well im goin to make a thread on this to get opinions but my DS just burnt out.. imma buy a new one... but my old one was old school and i want the best one out.. what do u recomend?
