Well, my theory is that it will only be obtainable in the 3rd game and/or the G/S remakes if they are released.

It may be obtainable in the third game (Which has not been announced) but due to coding it will not be obtainable in any current game, it would have been hacked already

I agree with Darkcookie. Its obviously going to be released in Opal (when, of course, it does get released!). Oh, and Gofre, this "non existant" game will soon be real. Maybe not soon, but maybe in just less than a year.
