New Haymaker Deck - Help Improve

Okay, i have fixed up my old deck..heres what it looks like, please help improve it:

Please help me improve this deck!!

Standard Hay. Kool. I'm not going to change numbers, just switching some things in and out.

For example, switch out those Hitmonchan (both) for NG Cleffa.

Switch the Bill for Oak

Switch the Elm for Copycat or Steven's Advise.

Switch the Potion for Comp Search

Switch the lone Comp Search and the Switches for Item Finders.

And finally, switch 4 of the Fightings for SERs.
