    Just a question I had about the new items in Diamond and Pearl. Do items like Mind Plate, which up psychic moves give a little more bonus then Twisted Spoons, or is it all the same buff? Im using a Lax Incense on my Garchomp so is there an item that may give his evasivness a little bit more of a buff then that? Just a question
     
    Aside from the fact they fail, most 1-type boosts all offer a 10% bump. There may be exceptions im not aware of, check serebii's item list for more details
     
    Gofre, the items give a 20% boost in this generation.

    Also in this generation, the items like Charcoal and Mystic Water (etc.) along with the Plates will give a 20% boost to a move type.
