    Lately IGN's Filmforce has been revealing more and more about the upcoming remake of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe which Disney has now picked up. ^_^ While I think WB would do a better job with it, Disney is good enough, I really want to see how it turns out as a modern film, so far only those BBC films have been made and aren't really aren't good. Three days ago Filmforce also put up some promo posters, and banners, the witch looks amaing, so does Aslan (he always does :P), and Edmund(?) in the picture with the witch looks sw33t. ^_^

    Too see all that and more for your-self you can goto 2 places. One is IGN Filmforce - The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. or you can goto this nice site I found last night called Narnia Web. :)

    Oh, I'd heard about this some time ago, it looks awesome. Chronicles of Narnia is a really excellent series (C.S. Lewis is such an excellent author) so I hope the movies are just as good. I look forward to hearing more :P

    Yeah, there was a director for so long, but nobody would pick it up to distribute. XD Luckily about a month ago Disney decided to do so. I hope all the books are made into modern movies. :)

    I heard about this.. I cant wait for it

    Yeah, I heard about quite some time ago. I hope they don't do what they did with harry Potter, only the brittish could be allowed a major role. Because I want to try out for the role of Lucy or Jill(if they make the 6 movie!) But I doubt I'll find a site that tells me where to audition!!!!

    Anyways, I thinks it's going to be awesome, hopefully more popular than LOTR(curse you). From the looks of it, I'm thinking it's going to be awsome!!!

    I read the first two books! XD I really liked best the second one! ^_^ I hope the movie's good. o_o

    I know they haven't announced who is who yet, but they start filming in two weeks according to Disney, so I think they have a role for at least all the main characters already, unless the filming gets delayed.

    Ah, me too! All I read was the Silver Chair one, (I believe it was the 6th book?) and that one was enjoyable!

    But still, I don't think it's anything compared to LotR, hehe...
    That doesn't mean I don't hope they're good movies though!

    I don't understand why they don't make a remake of The Magician's Nephew,
    because that was the first book, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe was the second!
    And I read all of the books, in chronological order, and I rate them all 10/10.

    Yeah, everyone always forgets The Magician's Nephew, they act like it doesn't even exist. That one provides all the backstory on Narnia, it's essential! =/

    Actually, I think reading the books and doing the movies in the order the books were published is a better idea.

    This is so sweet, I loved those books! And IIRC, "The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe" was the first to be released and The Magician's Nephew came later as a sort of prequel. That's way before my time tho. ^^;;

    MY old 5th grade teach read us LWW, and one of the other ones?I still have all the books; I know I?d go see these just out of memories. Actually, I should read the books again. o.o;

    I don't get that either! I personally loved TMN better than the TLWW. But C.S Lewis made the LWW before TMN. Some people think that TMG is the 5th book!:cross-eye

    Yeah, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe sucks compared to the Magician's Nephew because the thing about the wardrobe was just "Look! Magic! Look! Magic!" yadda yadda,
    while at least the rings had a slightly scientific meaning to them.
    This is something interesting:
    When Jadis (or the Witch, as most people call her) ate the apple in the Magician's Naphew, she said that she wouldn't be able to die or be killed in any way, and Aslan even confirmed it, but she died in the second book!

    Yes, I've read them all as well, in the order they were published. I want to see those too, I hope Disney does all the books as seperate movies as well, instead of combining books, I didn't like that in the BBC versions.
