3rd Gen New to forum and got question about my shiny skitty

I got a shiny skitty and want to evolve with moonstone so i tried and it turned into a normal delcatty so i reset and tried again but it still turned back to normal, i traded with my friend and she said it doesn't work either...is a shiny skitty not able to evolve into a shiny delcatty instead of normal???

Wow O.o I mean, I've never had a shiny stone evolver, but I do know that sometimes the only thing that separates shinys from regular pokies are the little stars. Have you tried her in battle and checked if the stars came out? (it's a wild guess, since I don't really know what a shiny Delcatty looks like :embarrass ) Sorry I can't be more helpful :embarrass

In battle, it has stars and everything with the flashing etc, but i asked some people and they said the mood of your skitty determines itz ability to evolve into a shiny delcatty... so i will try that O also I got a shiny minun to go with my Shiny Plusle as well yesterday it was intense but took like half an hour....And got a shiny pichu from a friend for my kadabra or alakazam now heehee now if only i could get a pikachu

TIP TO GETTING SHINY​

(duno if this works for all but so far it has worked for me and few of my friends; takes around 30-60minutes)
1. Go to the pokemon's hotspot/area and find a small area such as 4x4 field preferably
2. Run around or jump in same place over and over again
3. Watch all the pokemon that come by and just wait till your luck is here

*Note*>>>i found out that sometimes the mood of your own pokemon affects the rate of getting a rare pokemon as well as your reputation. And some could only be found depending on the time day/night as well as only after some certain events

For example for my Shiny Plusle: my friends and I discovered u can only get this after the 3rd pokemon contest and getting perfect/1st place through all the appeals in all pokemon contests

For shiny feebas/milotic: go to route 119 and fish there non-stop from old rod to super rod and do this 10-15 times ur choice with each rod and repeat until u even find one but for a normal feebas itz around 50% so for a shiny itz almost 2-5% chance of encounter...
Note: it actually gets easier if ur reputation in pokemon contest and battles is high and the feeling ur pokemon have towards you so i advise u to make ur pokemon as happy as possible
