Newbie with VBA question.

    Hi guys, new to the forum and haven't played Pokemon in many years, and apologies if this is in the wrong section. Recently downloaded VBA 1.8.0 Beta 3 and the original version of Pokemon Silver.

    Whilst I'm having a lot of fun reconnecting with my childhood, my knowledge is not so great when it comes to using the cheat system. I have tried to follow old threads when Googling, but to no avail. Whenever I try to enter a Gameshark code I get a message along the lines of "Supported formats are yyyyyy:xxxx".

    Can anyone help to explain how to use these codes and where best to source them?
