okay I've been watching this show since well I can't remember I've seen up to Sasuke Part 16. Well anyways does anyone else watch the show and what do you think about it?

OMG you are the best person ever! that show pwnes, and makoto nagano wins in the 17th competition. in the 18th competition (which has yet to air in english), he sadly is disqualified on the new redesigned cliff hanger. touching the top part my *** is what i would call it. i won't let off many details of the new competition, but every single obstacle has changed for the first competition, along with 2 modified obstacles, all except for the metal spin are gone for the second stage, and 2 new obstacles for the third stage, along with 2 modifiyed obstacles, and the arm bike, making another return. the final stage is different, but it hasn't been shown snice no one got to there. i will also tell you that only 6 people make it past the 1st stage, and 3 make it to the third stage. i think its the best show ever. like i said, it pwnes. i can litterally talk for hours about it and know many names of contestants, but does naoki iketani the same naoki who does all those ddr songs? its really getting me confused. i liked the old days of ninja warrior a little better, where the monkey man (something omori), kazuhiko akayama, and katsumi yamada were the big stars in that show, but that was in the late 90's and 2000. everyone i talk to gets that show confused with naruto's character sasuke (because i always use the japanese name), and i tell them no, its sometihng else. as you can see i am a die hard fan and i would like to see more people watch the show. its on comcast digital cable channel 162, and directv channel 354, with airings at 6:00 and 6:30 pm and the same airings again at 10:00 and 10:30 pm, depending on where you live. hope everyone who browses this thread watches it!

Yaaa! Queen Boo. I love Ninja Warrior, I always laugh when they fall off
    course.

...There's a character named Sasuke on a show called Ninja Warrior?!? That's incredibly ironic! There's another Anime called Naruto where the characters are mainly ninja, and one of the major character's names is Sasuke.

The name of the show in Japan is called SASUKE, it's been around for 18 years or so.

Oh wow- Then I've got to watch it! Where can I find the episodes?

In the U.S. and Canada, G4 / G4TechTV runs it. If you're into live action Japanese stuff, you'll likely see some familiar faces.

Yeah , I love that show. I saw Sasuke 16 I think. That was the newest one, right? Because the fisherman guy(I forget his name) won it, and became the NEW SASUKE!!!(ninja warrior) It was cool. I hate watching its re-runs, though.

10th year...I thougth there was one every year...huh. I guess not.
Is there a new one going on now?

I love Ninja Warrior. It's hard t keep up with mr. announcer man because he talks WAY to fast and loud, so I just watch, and don't pay attention to him.

The show is awesome though <3

I watch the show every week day at 9:00 PM Central. My favorite competitors are Kinnikun the comedian and Akira, who's also a comedian. Kinni-kun had pretty limited success and Akira appeared very early on and they both stopped competing (Akira once made the 4th stage though).

    Jordan.

he actually made it 3 times in a row (1st, 2nd, 3rd competitions), and ties with Makoto Nagano as the most consectutive times in a row reaching the final stage (Nangano holds the record for the most times going to the final satgewhich is 4) breaking the record in the 17th competition. i don't ike Akira because the last time he appeared was in the 5th competition and he lost, making him a quitter.

oh, and here are the results of the 19th competiton:

#81 Yamamoto Shingo - Failed Jumping Spider
#82 Shiratori Bunpei - Time Up Flying Chute
#91 Yamada Katsumi - Failed Jumping Spider
#96 Toshihiro Takeda - Time Up Flying Chute
#100 Nagano Makoto - Failed Flying Chute
    Akiyama did not participate.

very dissapointing competition, the worst ever. none of the all stars past, and the winner of the american ninja challenge failed on the jumping spider (a new obstacle that combines the jump hang and the spider walk).
