3rd Gen Nintendo's "Wonder Spot"

    I have just read about how you can obtain mysticticket and auroraticket from serebii.net
    there says that you need to go to a wonder spot (real life machine) in a nintendo event and use the wireless adapter with the mystery gift option in fire red and leaf green..,

    when and where is supposed that this event may happen or the machine can be used anytime you want in some place (let's say Pokemon Center)
     
    Ok... I dont get this. How do you get mystery gift in Fr/Lg?? And how could I find out when this nintendo event is coming to my city or one near me. But thats really cool. Ive been wondering about those tickets!
     
    to obtain mystery gift, you have to input four words (I forgot which) somewhere (I forgot where) just like in ruby sapphire in petalburg city... for more information regarding the tickets.. visit www.serebii.net but i don't think it says when or where this event appears.... that's why i posted this question =D
