PC: Now Posting: The Bulletin Board

It's probably going to get some getting used to design-wise of course but I think this is cool! I kept missing announcements because of the volume that were posted so this is a smart way to ensure they get more exposure.

Everyone on staff probably already knows how happy I am about this, but I'm going to say this here anyway. I am so pleased to see this happen. This is much more efficient and noticeable and should be exactly what CA needed.

Out of interest, on the home page does it display the threads that are the three most-recently created, or is there a different algorithm or system that it uses?

Actually, this is a great idea!

It displays the newest-created announcements only. No other special logic needed.

So an issue that's come about now is that updates posted in the Small Updates and Changes thread don't get displayed on the main page Bulletin Board, which may mean a lot of them will be missed - is there any way this can be changed/any potential fixes for it? Maybe there isn't much need for the Small Updates and Changes thread anymore, but all those updates can be posted as separate threads?
