    Hello.

I hate to join this community and ask questions right off the bat, but unfortunately this seems like my best option at the moment, so I do apologize.

Is there a way for me to fix this NPCs Position? He is pointed somewhere else in AdvanceMap and saved, but he appears somewhere else in game.

    Spoiler: Photo

The second thing I would like to ask, is if there is an "easier" way to add a 256 Color Title screen to a rom. I ask because from all of the tutorials I've followed non of my Offsets are the same, so even when I keep them "default" or change them to match the tutorial, I get a horribly glitched out Title Screen.

This I do not have a photo of unfortunately, since I have started the rom from scratch, since I somehow broke the opening sequence in the process causing the player to be unable to make a new game without it crashing.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards
    ~Red7s

In Advance Map's Header View, Pallet Town has two level scripts. The first one (#0) moves the NPC with Person event no. 1 to different positions, it's the girl talking about the sign posts. An easy way to go around this would be to just not use any NPCs with Person event no. 1.

Alternatively you could edit the level script and remove the "movesprite2" and "spritebehave" commands, as they're the ones changing the NPC's position and behaviour.

Might be because you set the NPC to Mirror the player movements, or, as Christos said, still have the Level script unedited/not removed
