I want to replace the whole choose a starter sequence.

Instead i want an event to occur that blocks you from leaving your house.

I have come as far that it'll give you your pokemon. I have not yet got it to leave afterwards, but i doubt it'll be much more then apply movement and hidesprite.

My question actually is, what of Oaks specials (or what it is i need) gives me the ability to use my pokedex (not the national dex, already got that special somewhere else) and to view my pokemon?
