Sure, here goes
All of a sudden from a universe far away came a meteiorite and crashed in a great field of ice. A survey of the pokemon who live in the ice field was conducted by the scientist Professor Rondo. But he and his observation party and son Tooi got caught in an avalanche that came from the severe blast of the meteorite.
Steam covered the entire area around them, and through the mist appeared the shadow of the phantom pokemon Deokishis...and then the mysterious changing pokemon Rekkuuza appeared and they fight a fierce battle!
4 years later, Satoshi & his friends came from Raruusu City to Haiteku Town in order to compete in a pokemon battle at the pokemon tower at that town. Now, by chance they met a young man: Tooi. But because he was in the fierce battle (in the ice field) from four years ago, Tooi had become completely afraid of pokemon. Satoshi and Pikachuu decided that they must open Tooi's heart.
But suddenly the phantom pokemon deokishisu appeared. What is Deokishisu's purpose? And is he hiding a secret? The greatest adventure in history begins in Hightech City!

oi, too bad its not coming out for a while. =( i can't wait till it gets released on video...then i'll get my hands on it. >w< it's not worth the plane ticket to fly to japan just ta watch this movie. hehehe. wait o_O;; jirachi's movie isn't even released yet in USA. mannn, we are behind.
