For Metagross, I prefer the straight sweeper set to the Agility/Explode set- it gives me a good excuse to use Sludge Bomb and Gross is my favorite RS pokemon, meaning I actually want to use him.

Actually, Bold is the standard.. but whatever. Toxic is a waste of time. Thunder Wave to get a turn or Ice Beam

You won't have time to Recover due to Ala's poor Defenses. Go all out Special.

Meh. The EVs are a little weird IMO.
