Okay I'll give some advice for each team member.

Salamence- Since you have both special and physical moves on it, you've probably split the
EVs into both attack stats. It would make more sense to Replace dragon claw with hidden power flying, and use admanant as a nature. That way you can put all your EVs into speed and attack (Or maybe HP) Another option would to use him for a special sweeper, and replace EQ and brick break for hydro pump and Fire blast. (And any other move in place of Dragon dance)

Tyranitar- That's a good set for him. Tyranitar makes a good sub- puncher too, though.

Claydol- That's a good wall, but you really should have an attack on him. You'll get Stopped by steels since you can't do anything at all to them.

Walrien- I have the same advice for this guy as I had for Salamence; stick with one attack stat. If you Dump Body slam you can make the moveset more versitile, and give more attack power to ice beam and surf. The other two moves can be anything else, really.

metagross- Psychic is nice for the stab, but he'll do more damage with meteor mash, even if it's not super effective. Keep the three other moves and add explosion, for a really good metagross set

Magneton- Triattack is garbage, Hidden power grass is typical for electrics who can't hit ground types like swampert. Thunderwave is great since magneton is so slow, and protect doesn't have too much use on it's own, unless in 2v2.

So yeah, sorry that I went so overboard. This is just my advice

Natures are very important when it comes to an effective team, especially when you want a good rate. Make sure you always take time to add them. Fixes in bold:

    Salamence@ Leftovers
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide/Fire Blast
    - Dragon Dance
    - Aerial Ace

well, i have it brick break and dragon claw for salmences obvious waeknesses so...yeah.

BB doesn't cover its Ice weakness adequately since too many Water-types also have Ice Beam. You are better off switching out. As a lead, I would change Salamence to CB Instead, I would go with Rock Slide or Fire Blast and add a STAB Aerial Ace over Dragon Claw. Fire Blast is for flying Steel-types that wall you otherwise.

    Tyranitar@ Leftovers
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Substitute
    - Dragon Dance
    - Rock Slide

well this one is pretty much a physical sweeper until i figure out what to relpace crunch with.

Sub allows you to DD without much worry. Just switch it in against something it resists, buff up, and sweep. Tyranitar and Salamence sets are too similar though. I would put FB on Salamence or go with Tyraniboah (Crunch/Focus Punch/Substitute/Thunderbolt) instead.

    Claydol@ Leftovers
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Light Screen
    - Toxic
    - Reflect
    - Earthquake/Psychic

well, hes a wall right now until i can get my hands on a good wall

Claydol is a great Tyranitar and Salamence counter competitively, but if this is in-game your chances of coming across them is pretty low. Your best best is to stall and then pseudo pass to a teammate. Earthquake/Psychic is preference, as is the nature.

    Walrein@ Leftovers/Chesto Berry
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Protect/Toxic/Sleep Talk
    - Rest

i love walrein, kind of a bad moveset but still he has nice hp.

Typical water set. Surf/IB and then Toxic whatever you cannot hurt with the first two. Rest off any damage/status. Sleep Talk is an option, just make sure not to use Chesto with it. LOL

    Metagross@Leftovers
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Agility
    - Meteor Mash
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion

well.....i have no comments on thos one.

Metagross is a bit redundant when you already have Salamence and Tyranitar. I can see the TSS angle you are working on though, whether or not you intended to. Psychic isn't needed since a STAB Meteor Mash can damage just as well. Explosion is used when Metagross gets weak and/or needs to take out a problem.

    Magneton@ Leftovers
    - Thunderbolt
    - Toxic
    - Thunder Wave
    - Protect/Substitute

meh...temporary until i can find a good special sweeper

Maggie suffers in-game, without an effective Hidden Power. The best it can do is Sub or Protect and then use Toxic.

i know these guys have a big water weakness but im working on that, but please give me any recommendations on my team.
I would switch Claydol maybe with Skarmory to have a strong physical wall that also fits in with the TSS theme. You are in desperate need of a good special sweeper. Alakazam and Gengar are always good options.

shane pretty much covered, but I can't say i'm too fond of his idea to use CBMence in a sandstorm.
