    hello, i have a latios in soul silver and is close to learning phsco shift. what does this move do? thanks
     
    It transfers the user's status ailment to the opponent. For example, if your Pokemon was paralyzed and uses Psycho Shift, your Pokemon gets rid of it's paralysis and induces it to your opponent.
