Alright guys, I've come up with an idea. I will create my shiny breeding guide later, but for now I am going to work on this, as it will be much more useful.
I'm creating a Shiny Breeding Calculator. (Watch it's development - -link removed-. Check back often!) It's part of a new site I'm creating, but that's something for another thread.
Basically, all the Pokemon will be listed with checkboxes beside them. You just have to check every Pokemon that you currently have in your PC or party, and then hit the "Calculate!" button. All of the checkboxes and Pokemon will then go away, and then you will see a list of Shiny Pokemon that you can get simply by breeding the Pokemon you selected! Be sure to check every single Pokemon you have on you, not in your Pokedex. Keep in mind that currently this assumes that you have a Male Shiny Gyarados. (you catch Shiny Gyarados from the Lake of Rage)
Check it out! Right now it doesn't display any of the actual chains. If you'd like to see an example of how it will work, simply check "Bulbasaur" and "Venusaur" and click "Calculate!". :)
