Everyone's got issues with Scald really.

But for Mega Altaria, keeping Sand Rush Excadrill (and Tyranitar by extension) alive is key. In the sand it still outspeeds a +2 Mega Altaria and cleanly OHKOs with Iron Head. You can't switch Excadrill into that, but if you can get it in safely there's that.

I kinda don't like Stealth Rock on Lando-I tbh. I suppose that you could do worse for a SR setter, but Lando's frail and it really likes having an extra coverage move or Rock Polish/Calm Mind. Rock Polish Lando, if you can set it up beforehand, gives you another thing that can check Dragon Dance Altaria btw.

But then there's the question of what to give Stealth Rock to, since SR is arguably needed on every team. Excadrill does get SR, but it'd rather not set up rocks. Tyranitar is a good one, but Scarf T-tar lets you Pursuit trap the common Starmie and Latis and that's usually a good thing. I suppose that you could see how a SR Tyranitar goes for the team and see whether or not you miss the Scarf.

If Lando-I does happen to get banned, you'll have to drop it from your team and that'd free up a slot for something. But who knows if it'll get banned or not.
