Outlet for Graded Cards?

So I'm looking to start getting cards PSA Graded. This is purely for financial gain as I have no interest in collecting graded cards. I often use TrollandToad buylists as an outlet for extra cards since I don't trade very much. Is there a consistent buyer for PSA Graded Pokemon cards?

With PSA grades, you'll probably have to deal with selling on eBay or similar sites to offload them. I am not aware of any retailers that will definitely buy PSA graded cards.

The only retailers I know who buy PSA are independent enthusiasts who own "brick and mortar mom and pop shops". You're not going to be able to go to Walmart or wherever to turn a profit.
