4th Gen Pal park boundries?

I have a question regarding the Pal Park. I want to order Pokémon Pearl from America because it is not released in Europe yet. So my question is can I transfer my Pokémon from FR (European version) to a Pearl from America? If not I'll have to wait 'till 27th July :(

It may work, but I'm not sure.
I mean..If you can trade Japanese Pokemon in to your American ones, then it might work. Since the DS IS Region-Free.

If your FR is in English, it should work.
Pal Park is language locked, not region locked.

Initially it should work. Can't confirm anything, though.
