pal city lucario in Japanese is HACKED, they only released pal city lucario in ENGLISH, with an ENGLISH OT of PAL CITY.

I rest my case. You can only get them from pokemon EVENT 07, and in english. You have a hacked pokemon. Stop with this thread.

Pal citys are a special event that travel to certain citys in japan. They had NOTHING to do with the movie.

I suggest trying to get it back. if he's a member of this forum report him if he doesnt return it. Search for a post by me on this forum called info on Pal Citys (or something to that extent) it will give you the info on them. On 2nd though I will just bump it for you. it needs seen.
