    What do you do next after you've entered the code to get Electivire. Sorry for nooby question
     
    As soon after you entered it, the lady should tell you 'you know the secret code'. If this doesn't happen make sure you put in (e.g.) xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (x=letter or number of the code (make sure you put in the dashes!)). If it still doesn't work make sure you had the correct code for your region/country, and that you put it in your profile name thingy.
