When PC is offline I like to refresh it until it comes back. Course while while waiting for it to come back I do go on other websites. Four of them being Deviantart, Pixiv, TV Tropes, and YouTube.

When PC is offline I like to refresh it until it comes back.

I do hope you give the server at least half an hour to an hour to recover before you try refreshing the page.

"Booru" sites, while often containing NSFW content, are plenty safe for your computer. In fact, Safebooru is actually called Safebooru because it contains no NSFW content. Or, at least, per its rules, it's not supposed to. Whether it does or not depends on your workplace or school's interpretation of NSFW content, too.

When PC does go down, I usually first refresh my page about 3 times to check and see if it is my browser or internet that is messing up because PC does go down it acts similar to the way that my browser and/or my internet acts when they are messing up when I try to access PC. Then once I see that PC is down, I'll either watch something on YT, listen to music, watch a movie on Netflix, play a game, I'll just do something and check to see if PC is back up after one or two hours and if it isn't, back to doing one those things for another hour or two until it is back up.
