    Rules taken from previous PC's PPC, minus the "No Longer Monthly" one (the next one will take place in May, if my calculations are correct; dunno who'll host it this time though). Also, they were edited a bit to be more "up-to-date". And so sorry for taking forever to get this up ;_; I'm not the best at time management.

    Important Rules

    Emblem Holders Not Allowed

    According to Fi, people who have the Profile Designer emblem cannot enter, even if it's just for fun.

    Voting System

    ~You must vote for 4 people at least (the most possible is six)
    ~You vote for at least 2 people from each group
    ~You must always vote an even number of times (in other words, no voting for 1, 3, or 5 people)

    You must always vote with an even amount of people from each group (for example, you can't vote for three non-supporters and one supporter)

    Voting is MANDATORY

    In other words, you HAVE to vote if you join this contest. If I have to PM you to tell you to vote, I will. If I have to get someone like Fi or Netto to PM/VM you about voting, I will. Just saying.

    General Rules

    -If you are caught flaming, and you joined the contest, you will be kicked out, and your vote will be ignored.
    -If you repeatedly flame, even when kicked out, you might receive an infraction.
    -If you are not in the competition, yet you flame, you might receive an infraction.
    -All profiles will be viewed with the Default style, to avoid picky people.
    -Your Profile Design and Profile Picture will be voted on for their looks and whether or not they fit the theme. YouTube videos have nothing to do with this.
    -To vote, you do not have to have entered the competition. Also, please vote for a supporter and regular member. You cannot vote for yourself.
    -Votes will be sent to Miniryu and only Miniryu. THROUGH PMs only.
    -The winner for both Non-Supporters and Supporters will receive the Emblem for Profile Designer, and will be declared as having "PC's Prettiest Profile!"
    -Once you join, you may only change your profile appearance when entries are still being taken. After the voting has begun, no changes can be made.
    -Oh, and, of course, follow OT's four words rule when posting here :D

    I was wondering when this would be put up. Didn't even know who was going to put it up. xD

    It all seems good. I was about to chomp your head of for posting it up so late, but I realized that it isn't monthly anymore, so we can fall over to the next month. xD

    It looks fine to me. Everything seems good and organized Mini finally can stop peeing in his pants xD, Im just joking with you, Mini. :P

    Fairy Tale, in case any problem arouses, you can also message me. I've hosted this thing so much, I practically memorized the rules. >_<

    Good luck to the contenders who will hopefully sign up, and remember the new rules put in place.

    Apparently Fi doesn't want it to be around every month anymore, but let two months go by in between and then have it again. Bloodex stated it in the previous thread, so yeah XD

    And since Fi's queen of OT (Netto being king), we must obey her.

    That, and the fact that when it's monthly, it happens at more intervals. Less people can join, and the voting period is shortend. Add the fact that member's that win don't really have a good profile, and you got your reason why. Emblems were being handed out very rapidly. Not that people didn't have good profiles, I'm not critisizing anyone.


    In case you were interested why past winners can't join, it pretty much the same reason as above, and if they win the contest, it gets confusing and cumbersome. I was trying to make a special contest for the winners, though. I call it 'The Veteran's Contest', however, I really havn't made much yet. If I get enough complaints/approvals, I'll sww what I can do. xD

    It's alright with me, but... You should probably ask Fi just to make sure.

    /dunno if you only wanted to be added if your main would get the emblem or not

    Count me in. I'll try finding another profile theme but if I can't find something better I'll just stick with the coke theme.
