    WHo would do better as Team Rocket's top cat... meowth said he used to be but complained the boss replaced him w/ persian... Vote to show your supp.!
    Meowth has brains, heart, and is very devoted to those he likes (Obeys the boss, even when messing-up, ran back to Jessie/James when he became "Meowth of Bounty"
    Persian is a great fighter, listens to the boss, earned its spot, and is caring (In the special movie Mewtwo Returns, Persian was the only Rocket who remembered)
     
    Meowth of course. Im thinking, a pokemon that can translate for humans would be more useful than a lazy persian!
     
    i chose skitty b/c it would be interesting b/c it wasnt a top cat b4... plus its cuter!, but yes meowth is smarter than most, but you never know, maybe being lazy is all you need
     
    Persian, because he is an evolved Pokemon with more expierence.
     
    meowth was replaced for a reason, no1 really knows why but he was, so why vote for some1 who was alrdy replaced? and where would jessie and james be w/o meowth
     
    Persian! The cool cat of alley cats. O_o; Team Rockets Meowth has some special qualities but I still prefer Persian as it presents one of Giovanni's darker side of "Cool".

    skitty is cute but i think anything that evolves by moon stone is a waste of time
     
    o thats harsh... and nidoking/queen are pretty strong and they evolve from moonstones... skitty b/c it has great unique moves and can be good at pretending to be nice when its really jsut evil, and its ability for making pokemon fall in love shows that...

    Meowth because it gives Team Rocket (jessie and james only) a personal and unique identity i suppose. if its a persian, then TR wouldnt be that interesting...
     
    altho meowth is smarter, skitty had betetr moves, and if ever needed for a battle it could win with its unique movepool, (only matched by evolution), and skitty shows a pokemon doesnt need 2 evolve to be good
     
    I voted for Persian. He does seem more serious and sinister for the job of top cat. Meowth is just too kind and caring about those he loves. I wish, frankly, that he, Jessie, and James weren't in TR at all. They're too good at heart for such a dark organization. Problem is, they don't have anywhere else to go.
     
    i think they arent nice, i mean how many time did ash save em and right after they tried to steal pikachu, and you know jessie is like the meaner and eviler misty, and msity is evil in her own way.... anyways meoth isnt very strong but yes i htink he is evil, at least compared to james... skitty tho is more evilish b/c with her love attraction ability, u could fall in love only to be tricked for all u had...
