    Well, For all those persona fans who love the series, from P1 - P4.
    Who have watched the animes like Persona: Trinity Soul, and Persona 4 The Animation. There is going to be a Persona 3 the Movie :)

    So they're going to be stuffing a 70-100 hour game into a 90-120 minute movie. Smells like a train wreck to me.

    They really should have just made it a full series first, THEN made a movie, like they did with P4. Of course, they could be using this to decide whether or not they'll actually go through with said full series, but...yeah, I'm not to optimistic about this.

    They did it with Persona 4 in a 90 min movie of all the events and including the true ending. Plus, 70 - 100 isnt how long the story, if grinding, doing all the extras then yes, but story haha no, they can fit it. If P4 can, P3 can.

    If they made the battles like they were in the game, then one would basically be watching a video walkthrough. They needed to make it not only feel like an anime, but also to make it so those who played the game would be interested. Besides, it's not like any of the changes they made were blasphemous or went against canon.

    Well, I completely blame them for it being rushed, the studios decided before the anime even came out that it'd be 25 episodes, so that really could have been avoided.

    However, I liked the idea of fusing personae mid-battle. The whole fusion idea is a very "video game" idea, if they didn't do it the way they did, I can almost guarantee that they wouldn't have used it at all. That's one of the things about turning a game into a short anime, it's one of the creative liberties that need to be taken to introduce the key elements in some form, because otherwise, they would simply not work (or they would, but their introduction and use may be tedious).
     
    That's true. Either way, Persona 3 being squished into a movie just sounds even worse. I guess after skipping all the days that aren't full moons would speed it up. I won't be too excited to hear them in Japanese but I can't wish for everything now can I.

    Either way, I'll watch it but I won't be a giddy schoolgirl about it.
     
    Very nice! I liked the game a lot, mainly for the Persona collections. I hope they display the different types of Personas though, not just the main ones. The Aigis screentime will make this totally worth watching! She is one of the coolest android girls ever! :D

    It would be neat if they considered making a Nocturne movie too, the Persona games isn't their only good series after all! :)
