Physical wall/Stealth Rocker

Steelix, maybe. He doesn't share any weaknesses or anything.
 
I'm no 4th gen expert, but it looks good to me. This is 3rd gen info, though i doubt it's changed: you can get a male geodude to learn EQ and Explosion and pass it to onix as egg moves, so you don't need to waste TMs/tutors.

It works very well. You could try Gyro Ball with a relaxed nature. That work well also.

Yeah, but I always recommend pokemon not used as much as Skarm. I like the Steelix set.
