On Battle Spot. There is an electric type cup going on. It appears any electric type can participate.

According to Serebii " You need to participate in 3 battles to be eligible for the gift." I didnt read anything on the Global link site but Im sure that anyone in this is going to play more than 3 games anyway.

Also that Pikachus Move set Fake Out, Encore, Volt Tackle and Endeavor
