Try pokemondomain.com and go to the downloads section. I remember they had a few Johto episodes to download. One, as I recall, was "A Goldenrod Opportunity".

Hmm, the best advice I can give you on this topic is to download the mIRC program at the mIRC website. It's kind of like an FTP program; but, once you connect to #Free_Pokemon you can download anything Pokemon from it and you'll possibly find the episodes you're looking for. Just jump to the #Free_Pokemon forum here and ask more questions about it if you feel the need to.
