3rd Gen PKRS VIRUS (pokerus)

    my pokemon just got the pkrs virus, what do i do, whats this mean, and i dont get it, how did i get it?
     
    PkRs, or Pok?mon Virus, is basically a status in which the Pok?mon gain stats much, MUCH more than usual (i.e. usually get 1+ for something, but now get 5+ for that stat) Be warned, it only lasts a few days, so I suggest you deposit that infected Pok?mon in a box with other Pok?mon so they get infected too. Stored Pok?mon will keep the virus forever unless you take them out for a few days. There's no downside to the virus and you can't get rid of it unless you wait it out.
     
    After you got it.. Your pokemon are immune for the pokerus and there is is a little black dot in your stats, wich means you are immune.. and can't get the pokerus again
     
    oh , so i should put my guys that have it in the box and level them one by one until they lose it? so that i get the full potentil form it?
     
    just train the ones that have it but save weak pokemon that you don't want to train in a box, so they can give it to others again when you withdraw them..
     
    I thought Pokerus increases the Evs you gain in battle...

    I think you get Pokerus as a random thing. It's like contracting a disease in real life, except Pokerus is like steroids for your Pokemon, which if it is..i'm not sure if it's that good...hehehe. I wonder if the legendaries became sterile so that's why they can't breed. Of topic, but just wondering.
     
    lol all my pokemon have it now , i just keep spreading it, my salamence, is sick, and my snorunt ,vibrava and anorith are almost evolved.... my snorunt could be but im first learning tis moves then evolvin, like i did for bagon, bagon is sick now
     
    Yes, there's a code to get it. Not sure if it's for Gameshark. I have it for AR though.
     
    gs codes are for losers, come on you dont have to cheat just play the game.

    fight near lilycove, thats where i got it, on there or on the route under the bike road
     
    Cheating but not 100% cheating.

    I just said there was a code for it! Did I say I actually cheat? No. I only cheat if I can get the same effect faster (ex. Instead of playing 1000 hours to get a billion berries, I just copy them) Yes, to you it is cheating, but I never use the shiny pokemon code or the get an item you don't have code. Anyway, I'm only alowed about one hour a day on GBA. Same effect, less time. I like to train my pokemon the hard way, no rare candies, no cheats to gain levels or stats. Good old hard training :)
     
    You know...I bet half the people who say they don't cheat using rare candies to train use rare candies to train.
     
    Why would anyone use rare candies? They make your pokemon very weak compared to normal pokemon. They are real cheating. You could use Macho Brace and make your pokemon very strong (esp useful in colloseum). I really don't, unless I do it the non-cheating way.
     
    lol sorry i read it as is there a cheat lol and thot u wanted one... but yeh i dont cheat on gba, cuz it kills the games fun, but on roms i go cheat away and do anything to make it weird, but unless its a game i havent beat, iu atleast beat it once with out cheating. and i guess if i cheated on gba it wouldnt matter cuz my friends dont play, i dont play in tournys and stuff like that , but i still wouldnt cheat
     
    The Pokerus is completly random.when your Pokemon grows a level it will get a power boost on all stats.It's very rare though :disappoin .

    Another good thing,if your berry glitch has gone into effect, the pokerus will never go away.
     
    yeh lol, i still havent got a shiny tho, only pokerus and finally latios.
