Easy enough, Hypnosis first, then just pure sweeping.
Flare Blitz will do squat on skarmory. Overheat handles the situation.

Megahorn on Rapidash ? Wait, I see, you want me to EV train it's Attack, and Speed, so I can use Hypnosis and then sweep 'em away

Rapidash doesn't have the best movepool. I see no need for Bounce. It is the same as Fly, except with less power and accuracy.
