4th Gen Platinum to Heartgold?

    I was sorta maybe thinking some of us could turn pokemon platinum into pokemon heart gold. If you don't know what I am talking about, I am thinking some of us hack pokemon platinum into pokemon heart gold ( without using pokewalk ). If you think this might be possible, try to do this, that way we wouldn't have to wait for like 8 months or something. I know Heartgold will soon be translated but that won't be until 1 day before its release date. Should we do this, or not?
     
    This thread is a little ridiculous, because a lot of people here on PC already hace HG and SS, and completely making a remake of the remakes would take more than eight months (I think HG and SS will be out sooner that that, even.) since the people of Gamefreak have been using years on making this game, and they are a whole group of people working on a daily basis. I don't know what to report this thread of, so I decided not to do so, since I am not entirely sure if you broke any rules. I am not flamming you, just telling my oppinion.

    It would take over 8 months to hack buddy, trust me. Just play it in japanese if you can't wait
     
    ...This is kinda confusing, really - hack Platinum into HG/SS? =/ If you're merely talking about translating it, then some people are already doing that, I believe... (and if that's what you're looking for just search around for it) but besides that nothing else, and there isn't that much point either to hack Platinum into it.

    It would be translated before that, actually - its not a one-day process, and they also do a lot of other stuff (like error checking, testing, fixing stuff, etc - already a few (very minor) problems have been found which they'll have to fix). And so forth.

    Anyways, at any rate stuff about hacking doesn't go here, but in the Emulation/Hacking sections... maybe have a look there? But going to close here - don't see much happening with the thread.
