BLAZIKEN
Lonely nature
Blaze Kick Flamethrower
Peck Sky Uppercut/Brick Break
Double Kick Rock Slide
Ember Swords Dance
Nyah, I figure that you don't want to go through the pain of breeding, so just go with the standard set. Flamethrower over Blaze Kick for accuracy, Sky Uppercut is the strongest physical STAB move you will get while Brick Break is more accurate and can be used to break Reflect and Light Screen and Swords Dance can be used to increase Attack for serious sweeping.
SPHEAL
Lax nature
Ice Ball Ice Beam
Body Slam Surf/Toxic
Aurora Beam Substitute/Toxic/Encore
SurfRest
Walrein is a great pokémon in UU, but ingame it kind of loses power since you can't get a proper Hidden Power [Grass] on it. At any rate, Ice Beam and Surf for STAB damage and Rest to keep it alive for tanking. For the last move, Substitute is quite powerful with Walrein's high HP, Toxic can provide extra damage (Optionally, you can also take it instead of the far too often expected Surf), and Encore can be used to lock your opponent onto a suitable move, after which you can switch out or tank (Depending on the move).
ROSELIA
Calm nature
Trait: Natural Cure
Rest
Leech Seed/Toxic/Stun Spore
Spikes/Filler
Magical leaf/Giga Drain
Bad statline, bad movepool. Besides, it's creepy. @.@ Just ger rid of it. If it's got Natural Cure, you can keep it alive a bit longer with Rest. But there's really no point in wasting a perfectly good TM on this thing. <<
LINOONE @ Choice Band
Sassy nature
Tackle Return/Double Edge
Fury Swipes Shadow Ball
Covet Brick Break
Headbutt Trick
Bad nature, weak pokémon, especially since it can't even get Extreemespeed since it's a box move. Bleah, it can make for a half-arse CBer, but really, I'd suggest ditching this one too. xP
BEAUTIFLY
Timid nature
Silver wind Psychic
Morning sun/Stun Spore
Gust Attract/Stun Spore
Mega Drain Giga Drain
And here we have abbysmally weak pokémon number 3, complete with a bad nature which handicaps its abilities further. Meh, Psychic and Giga Drain are the only move with any damaging potential due to the nature. For the rest, go with Attract and Stun Spore (Both learned by level) to minimize the amount of hits you take, because Beautifly certainly can't take them.
ALTARIA
Relaxed nature
Peck Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Fury Attack Dragon Claw
Take down Rest
Dragonbreath Ice Beam/Sing
You know, you've really got too many Rest-dependent pokémon on this team. :\ Anyways, it's a key move for Altaria since it lets you shamelessly abuse Natural Cure, allowing for some tanking. For damage, Dragon Claw might not be the strongest move around because of the lack of super effective hits, but at least it gets STAB, so go with that. A fire attack complements the move, giving full type coverage. Flamethrower for duration and reliability or Fire Blast for power. For the last move, Ice Beam can grant you some extra super effective hits, while Sing lets you incapacitate the opponent to get some extra attacks in while its asleep. Haze is quite common on Netbattle, but since this is Ruby you don't really need it much.
