please help this team

one of my friend got these pokemon; latias, latios, dioxys, mewtwo. they are all above 350 in speed. Dioxys is 450 spc-att. how can i beat them?

Metagross spec-def284/ att 329
meteor smash, counter, ice punch, agility.

Kyogre speed 306/ spec-def 359
water sprout, thunder, ice beam, brick break.

Raiku speed 309/ spec-att 320
crunch, thunderbold, calm mind, thunder(with the rain).

snorlex def 225/ att 346
shadow ball, earthquak, counter, double edge.

dragonite spec-def 329 / att 326
airial ace, rock slide, ice beam, double edge.

???help with my last pokemon.

Remove the Lum Berries from all of your Pokemon and give them all Leftovers, since Leftovers are a much better item.

It's Meteor MASH, not Meteor Smash (although Smash sounds cooler). If you want, you can put Pursuit over Explosion since Pursuit is a great way of killing Deoxys-F.

Kyogre speed 306/ spec-def 359

Ice Beam
Calm Mind

Water Spout is bad. You'll lose power when you get hurt, and since your friend's Pokemon are faster than yours, you'll never have a full-power attack. Use Surf please. Also, don't put weak physical attacks like Brick Break on special attackers. Calm Mind will be very useful in defending against your friend's attacks.

Don't use two damaging moves of the same type on one Pokemon. That means don't use two electric moves on Raikou. Give it Substitute over Thunder or Thunderbolt. Use Thunder only if you know that your opponent doesn't have any weather changing Pokemon, otherwise, Thunderbolt is usually the better choice.

Sleep Talk

Snorlax needs Rest and and a second support move. Since you're using Double-Edge, use Sleep Talk so that Snorlax can attack while it sleeps. Choose either Shadow Ball or Earthquake. but don't use both.

Choose Ice Beam to handle other Dragon types or Thunder to work with Kyogre's rain and hit Water types.

Blissey will be VERY useful as your last Pokemon. She resists all of your friend's special attacks and can easily heal herself.

Watch out for Deoxys. It can learn Superpower, so switch to Metagross when you see it.
