Ok, I've trained my team on Emerald and I think they're ready for Battle Frontier. Just to be sure if they have the right movesets, I'll post them here. (they're all on level 100)

    1.Charizard @Leftovers
    Flamethrower
    Aerial Ace
    Earth Quake
    Steel Wing

    2.Heracross @Focus Band
    Swords Dance
    Reversal
    Mega Horn
    Rock Slide

3.Skarmory @ - I'd need a suggestion what to give it to hold...
    Steel Wing
    Air Cutter
    Toxic
    Spikes

4.Vigoroth @Scope Lens (I decided not to evolve it because of Truant)
    Focus Punch
    Bulk Up
    Slash
    Faint Attack

    5.Swampert @Leftovers
    Ice Beam
    Surf
    Earth Quake
    Rest

6.Shiftry @ - I'd need a suggestion what to give it to hold...
    Solarbeam
    Sunny Day
    Explosion
    Extrasensory

    Any suggestions, comments?

Interesting moveset (in a good way). When you save up some BPs, I'd recommend replacing SW w/ Swords Dance. I also think Charizard w/ Salac is a little better than Lefties because you're going to want the speed to sweep with since Charizard's defenses aren't going to let you survive enough to make the Lefties that worthwhile.

Nothing wrong here. If you don't put Salac on Charizard, I'd try it here (ZOMG, LOW HP GOGO REVERSAL, DUDE!).

Skarmory likes Lefties more than Charizard and, as such, put them on Skarmory. Replace Steel Wing or Air Cutter (AKA replace Air Cutter) with Roar since your opponents aren't going to manually toxishuffle. The Lefties come in handy when you have the Roar on.

    Focus Punch

    Faint Attack
No, you evolve it, give it a choice band, and play "Kill everyone in one hit". Faint Attack is a special attack and, if you notice, Vigoroth/Slaking has high Attack with an almost insignificant Special attack. Here's what I recommend for Slaking/Vigoroth-
    Slaking@Choice Band
    Shadow Ball
    Return
    Earthquake
    Focus Punch
The problem w/ focus punch and Slaking is that it's completely timing based whereas with most other pokes you can Sub or... not skip an attack afterwards. If you don't time the FP right, you pay dearly for it.

In the worst case scenario, try Shell Bell over Lefties since you already have 'someone' holding lefties... Since you can't double up on hold items, you may as well give the lefties to Skarmory who won't be attacking for the most part and Shell Bell to Swampert who will be attacking.

Does it have Early Bird or Chlorophyl? Does it even get Chlorophyl? I'd say try the Attack berry (don't remember name) or... ... ... I dunno, Silk Scarf? Seriously, I have no idea what a good item would be besides either of those. W/ Chlorophyl, you have the speed down, so putting Salac on it won't do much that hasn't already been done. Once he's weak, you could go w/ the Attack berry and go for a stronger Explosion on the way out or go w/ boosting the Explosion by 10% (275 base damage explosion>250 base damage explosion). Lum berry? I got nothing.

Ok, I changed on the hold items a bit:
I gave Salac to Charizard, Leftovers to Skarmory, Shell Bell to Swampert and Scope Lens to Shiftry.
I decided to EV train an Adamant Slakoth I recently caught and to give him that moveset you posted. Hopes that won't get dizzy by those Spindas XD
Shiftry has Chlorophyl, so Sunny Day will give it a good speed stat in battle. I rather put Scope Lens on him, cause he already has a good attack stat (wipes out steel-types with Explosion easily), though I don't know if it was a good decision...

Give skarmory the metal coat and try and teach Swampert an ice type attack.

Dont give Skarm the metal coat, cos the 10% bonus is extremely small, and plus, u will mostly be toxishuffling or setting spikes.
