Well if possible, give them all Leftovers as items.

Dragonite - Delete Thunder Wave for Body Slam maybe? Get rid of Slam because of it's low accuracy.

Scyther - Get rid of Fury Cutter for Sword Dance.

Tangela - Get rid of Mega Drain and give it Giga Drain.

Of course these are just suggestions.

Fixes in bold:

Hi, I am in need of major help when it comes to my firered team. Any move changes or changes of pokemon oppinions are welcome. My team is as follows.

TANGELA
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Amnesia/Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Solarbeam
- Sunny Day

The SunnyBeamer set is predictable, but probably the best for Tangela. Sleep Powder is a must. Amnesia helps its horrible base SDef, or you can use Leech Seed to help it tank a bit. Bad nature though. You should go with Modest.

SNORLAX
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SA)
- Body Slam/Return/Double-Edge
- Curse/Sleep Talk
- Rest
- Shadow Ball/Earthquake

Ugh. You ruined the best Poke in the game. NEVER use crappy two-turn moves like Hyper Beam. If you want a strong attack, use Return instead. For example, in the time it takes you to attack once with Hyper Beam (150 AP) that takes two turns, you can attack TWICE with Return (102 AP), dealing more damage. Again, more than one attack of the same type is bad strategy. Snorlax is best used either stalking (Sleep Talk + Rest) or breeding for Curse. Shadow Ball or Earthquake are strickly by preference and by what TMs you have. Your nature is okay, but Careful is always preferred.

BLASTOISE
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Surf
- Toxic/Counter/Protect/Earthquake

Poor Blastoise has TWO crappy two-turn moves. Keep Surf and dump the rest. Ice Beam is good for Grass/Dragon Pokes, Rest to help it last longer, and the last slot is a toss up. The nature isn't helping again. Use Bold.

SCYTHER
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Baton Pass
- Silver Wind
- Swords Dance

Scyther shouldn't be used as an attacker since its movepool is so limited. It is used best as a Baton Passer. Bring it in, Agility, Swords Dance (if you can) and the BP to a different Poke that can actually do some damage. Also, NEVER use Normal-type moves on non-Normal Pokes. It is a waste of a slot. Silver Wind is an Egg move, but well worth it. Normally, your nature would be good, but for the BP set you will want Adamant.

MAGMAR

- Cross Chop/Brick Break
- Confuse Ray
- Flamethrower
- Thunderpunch

Having a Fire-type that only knows Fire moves is bad strategy. Fire is a bad type to begin with, at least give it some other moves to help it survive longer. Sunny Day is a useless move since Tangela already has it and its stats don't need it. Just remember that Cross Chop and Thunderpunch are Egg moves and are illegal together. Confuse Ray is a good option as well. Also, stay away from neutral natures as they don't help you at all.

DRAGONITE
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Focus Punch
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Two options here. SubPunch or Dragon Dance. I prefer DD, but if this is strictly in-game, SubPunch can wreek havoc. If you go with SubPunch, you then need to choose between FlameClaw or BoltBeam. With a lack of a good Electric Poke on the team, I would go with BoltBeam. You have bad luck with natures.

Thanks.

Leftovers are always the best item to use. After that, unless you have some of the rare berries (which you don't find in FRLG) you have to get creative. Lum Berry, Chesto Berry, and Shell Bell are your best options.

Prophet789, never use to attacking moves of the same type. (Unless one of them is Extremespeed, Quick attack or Mach Punch.) Two turn moves such as Skull Bash, Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon and Hyper Beam should also never be used. Anyway...
TANGELA
Docile nature

Reflect/Leech Seed
Sleep Powder
Sunny Day
Solarbeam

Tangela probaly won't be very useful for you as it needs a strong Hidden Power [ICE/FIRE]. Reflect is probaly the most useful move for the last slot in-game. I also suggest getting one with a Bold or Modest nature.

SNORLAX
Brave nature

Return/Body Slam/Double-Edge
Rest
Sleep Talk
Shadow Ball/Earthquake

Stalker Lax is the best Snorlax set in-game. Well, at least in my opinion. Brave nature isn't bad, but Adamant and Careful are better.

BLASTOISE
Sassy nature

Rest/Yawn/Focus Punch/Seismic Toss
Ice Beam
Surf
Bite/Counter/Mirror Coat

If you have access to more Rest TMs, Rest should definitely go in the first slot, otherwise use the Rest TM on Snorlax.

SCYTHER
Jolly nature

Swords Dance
Wing Attack/Aerial Ace
Baton Pass/Light Screen
Silver Wind/Steel Wing/Return

Scyther requires breeding in order to be useful. Light Screen can work, I guess. At least Scyther has decent Sp.Defense and HP.

MAGMAR
Quirky nature

Thunder Punch/Psychic
Focus Punch/Psychic/Brick Break/Cross Chop/Filler
Confuse Ray/Counter/Filler
Flamethrower

Sadly, you need Emerald in order to get a good Magmar moveset, but anything is fine in-game, but anything is fine in-game.

DRAGONITE
Docile nature

Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Substitute/Thunder Wave
Focus Punch

That's the best set you can get without breeding, but otherwise use

Dragonite
Adamant/Brave

Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Aerial Ace/Wing Attack
Thunder/Thunderbolt/Fire Blast/Return/Body Slam

Return or Body Slam because this is in-game.

Meh... Shancedavis managed to get his post done before me.

Nyah-ha, Shorties is on the go, I see. One correction though; you don't need to waste a Rest TM on Snorlax since it learns that move naturally. If you already deleted it for something else, just go Paras hunting in the Safari Zone and then go to the sevii islands' move tutor to get it back. Anyway, I just have to comment on Magmar...

Brick Break on Magmar is kind of lol because it's rather shabby in base power and doesn't get STAB. Cross Chop or Focus Punch for that slot, please. Also, Psychic won't do you many favours, even ingame, so get Thunderpunch. I don't care how, just get it, if you really can't then take Confuse Ray and hope you get lucky. Substitute gives you cover for Focus Punching, so get that too. Also, don't bother sticking Counter on Magmar, its HP is average and the Defense is poor, so any proper physical hit will KO it anyway.

So sue me for forgetting Snorlax's learnset. D= Anyway, the only reason I suggested Psychic and Brick Break on the Magmar set was because there isn't much you can do for Magmar without breeding and/or Pokémon Emerald. =\
