    I suggest you train them some more to learn some moves like body slam for bayleef (it won't get far against team rocket with only razor leaf as damaging move), Wing attack for golbat (you should also make it happy and evolve it), just train sudowoodo some more and you won't have any problem at all, you should also get an ice attack for lapras, eevee, it's pretty low-leveled right now but I suggest you get a baby eevee and evolve it instead of the one bill gives you since umbreon learns faint attack at a pretty low level.
