Pls help with movesets etc

Hope you can help me.
Which movesets are good for: Blissey, Tyranitar, Raichu and Garchomp?
And what natures are good for them?
I want to train them with ev, but I have no ideas, which stats should be trained and something.
And I need any fire/fight Pokemon. I thought on Infernape or something...

Well, thanks you two.

I decided to take that Team:

Blissey
Starmie
Shuckle
Raichu
Garchomp

But which Pokemon should be my 6th?
I thought maybe Umbreon, but I´m not sure. So, which would you advice me?

Probopass over Shuckle since it has an abyssmally low HP stat. This is why it is so UU and fails as a wall.
