For those that don't know it, Pokémon Acanthite is a fan-made game project to create a perfect Pokémon gaming experience for fans. We're in the process of building up a good site for the project that showcases our game's idea, storyline, the Pokémon and character designs and so on. We're looking at what playing Pokémon SHOULD be like, and we're very keen to preserve the classic feel of the older generations of Pokémon while still moving forward. We're very loyal to the series, and I suppose you could say I've been very disappointed with Nintendo's approach to the 4th generation. At Pokémon Acanthite, we want to offer something better.
The site's ready to roll but we're still looking to improve it, and our aim is to generate interest in what we're trying to achieve, and eventually promote the growth of a community with particular focus aimed at catering for other fan-game developers and artists.
