BASE ROM: Pokémon Ruby Version USA [AXVE].

Some history

Millions of years ago, Arceus was created, appearing inside an egg in the middle of nowhere.
Then, it created a mass to react, and then create a huge explosion, known as the Big Bang.
This explosion gave place to all the planets, and millions of years later, life appeared on Earth. Arceus gave different powers to creatures, where humans were given intelligence. Humans, were so smart, they could speak in different languages, and they gave name to other forms of life: Pokémon.

However, human beings, having much intelligence compared to Pokémon, came to see things as small as the cells and DNA, and they created all sorts of technologies, including some that killed Pokémon. Furthermore, it was known that none legendary Pokémon had cells, and it was shown that the Earth is the only place with life throughout the universe.

But in the second space mission to planets located outside the solar system, they found a tissue deposited in the soil, and brought it to the Earth, and human saw that it had cells and they calculated was billions, or trillions of times older than Arceus.
Hence, it was deduced that that came from the creator of Arceus, of everything!
The creator was dead, but the tissue's cells were still alive...

Plot

You're the protagonist of a story, who received a Pokémon and a Pokédex accidentally. While you complete your story, you find evil people, you have fun, you win GYMs, and then the Pokémon League of Arch (PLA). You can also experience other places
regions in order to complete your Pokedex, also helping peoples. But nevertheless, do not know what the villains are planning, until it is late, you realize. They stole a part from the tissue to recreate the Pokémon, and when they were nearly finished, something goes wrong, and absorb you into a strange world. What happened? This mission was called the DNA Mission, and you are the one who need to find out what happened!

Actually, it did never have a beta. SHN did only make 1 beta, and it was the all-known Pokémon Arcoiris

Your hack looks awesome. No, I should call it a game. Its way better to be called a nice game than a hack dont you agree? I support this game completely. The idea is very fun! Wow.
These graphics are unbelievable! Ive never seen anything like them! Plus you put a nice twist on the classic pokemon storyline (It sounds like this will be a pretty long game). I also can't wait to see what the fakemon will look like :)

I really like the tiles and overworlds. I would have never guessed that it was a hack of Ruby. My main advice though is to expand on the introduction it's kinda bland. But other than that, good work!!

Actually, Deoxys isn't the main legendary, because it's going to be a Fakémon.

But of course, Deoxys is going to have an important role in the game :)

The tiles are awesome, along with the video, but I think that
having a Lab Assistant D/P/P would be better.

Other than that, the Hack's awesome!
Can you translate the scripts via Rom Hacking?
From what I see, you're pretty decent, although with
a few Grammar Mistakes.
