I keep losing an iv on my Pokemon when i try to transfer them from one game to another using Poke bank. Does anyone know how to avoid this or am I the only one with this issue?

To be honest, I can't say as I've heard anyone having this glitch, but then again, I've only used Pokemon Bank sparingly. I'm also not very big into EV/IV training, so even if it were happening to me, I wouldn't have noticed :p

If you're talking about EV gained through battling, this change is caused by the EV cap changing from 255 to 252. (which makes it easier to EV train.)
I use Bank all the time, so I'm pretty sure this is the issue.
