hey i have a sceptile but when i feed him a pokeblock it says it wont eat anymore what does this mean

It means he won't eat any more. Pokemon can only take a maximum of 12 Pokeblocks each, after that they won't take any more.

Well... if you were contest training, and didn't meet the required amount of Beauty/Toughness/whatever - you're screwed! Sorry... but the amount of berries is irreversable, so you're Sceptile will have to go into contests like that. Which could be a good thing or a bad thing... :/
