I've looked around plenty, and I have yet to come accross a tracker that hosts Pokemon files. Why, I'm not sure, it seems that someone can only find them through IRC. And IRC is confusing, especially to the beginners. So, I came up with the idea (Along with my sidekick in crime, Nikku) to start up a Bittorrent Group for releasing Pokemon Episodes over Bittorrent.
Bittorrent is another way of p2p sharing, similar [in ways] to IRC, WinMX, Kazza, etc, but it works in a different way. It has users download a file piece by piece, and at the same time, upload what they've downloaded, creating a network of peers uploading and downloading. The Bittorrent network does require a lot of bandwidth, so it's recomended that you have broadband, and not dial-up.
For our torrents, #PokeBT recommends the BitTornado client, as it is rather easy.
Download and install the client, and that's all you'll need to do in order to start downloading the releases. On the "Download Here" links, right click and select "Save Target As". Save the .torrent file to your Desktop (or where you want to... doesn't really matter) and then go open it. It'll open the BitTornado client, which will ask you which folder to put the download in. Choose a folder that you want it downloaded in, and hit Okay. Then the download will start!
It will take awhile on the first few releases while we're still a small group, and there aren't many downloaders. Once the group gets more well known and more people begin to download, the torrents will get much faster. =)
